Apply difference between +5V and analog output in USB-6211

Hi everyone,

Question is simple, but can I apply +5 V channel to one side of the load and AO0/A01 channel (below and above +5 V) to another to have current about general 2 mA and lower?

Secondly, can I apply A00 channel to one end and AO1 channel to another end of load and provide the same 2 mA? Will not it lead to malfunction of device?
