Both the PCI-MIO-16E-4 and SCXI-1000 are fully compatible with Windows XP. The only thing you need to consider is the version of the NI-DAQ driver you are using. Version 6.9.2 was the first to be compatible with Windows XP. The current version is 6.9.3.
