Are there any NI-DAQ device can measure a signal with frequency to GHz ?

I want to make some instrument by NI-DAQ device and labview to measure signal up to GHz.
Which NI-DAQ device can I choose?

Could you provide more information about your application. Do you want to make a measurement around one GHz, or is the frequency of the signal you are measuring around one GHz, requiring a faster measurement? What type of signal or signals are your measuring? What is the amplitude and reference of the signal? Is this a repetitive signal which could be measured by a technique like equivalent time sampling?

I am using NI-DAQ to simulate some instruments such as oscilliscope, spectrum analyzer. And the frequency is expected up serveal GHz.

I would check out some of National Instruments high speed digitizers (http://sine.ni.com/apps/we/nioc.vp?cid=1464〈=US) like the 5112 if you are going to be measuring analog signals and check out the RF Measurement Hardware (http://sine.ni.com/apps/we/nioc.vp?cid=11456〈=US) like the PXI-5600.

I hope this helps.
