BNC connectivity for USB 6009

Hello all,

I have a question about connectivity to the USB 6009. I have a current probe that has a male BNC connector. How do I connect/adapt this to connect to the USB 6009? Many suggested this: getting a female BNC connector with a cable and cutting off the cable to connect to 6009.
Is this a good way of doing this? Or are there other connectors/cables I can use without resorting to cutting cables?
