Bad TC temp on SCXI-1120/1320

I have an SCXI-1000 with two modules: 1) SCXI-1320 w/ SCXI-1320 terminal block, and 2) SCXI-1121 w/ SCI-1321. I'm getting bad temperature data (ambient temp reads 1200+ degrees) from thermocouples on CH0 and CH1 on the first module and CH0 on the second module. TC's wired to the other channels on both modules give good data. Is there some way to correct these bad readings? All jumpers are in factory setting on both modules.

Had these channels been working properly before?
After double checking the connections real fast I would open a test panel in Measurement and Automation Explorer and create a quick task to read temperature and test it.  If you're still reading bad data on select channels of the SCXI modules I think that you might need to call us to process a repair.  Navigate to ni.com/contact to learn more about contacting National Instruments and repair requests.
