Bad voltage readings in a RSE input using USB-6009

All the four RSE input channels are used, however, one of them does not read the voltage signals from my equipment correctly. I checked the voltage readings on a voltmeter. It read pretty accurately, which means nothing wrong with my equipment.

I also made sure the connections were fine, but the problem still could not be solved.

Don't understand why. Please help me

         Can you please explain with a little more detail what you're seeing on the line with the 'bad' reading?  Is it just noise?  or is your voltage railing?  You may want to take a look at this tutorial on noise considerations, however, you may need to RMA your card.  Have you tried inputing one of the 'good' signals  into the channel you are currently seeing bad readings on?
