Basic Average and DAQmx read functions

Hi Folks,

When measuring DC signals with DAQmx device,  would it be sufficient to measure signals without  basic measured .vi?

Hi Clement,



This depends on your signal.

If your signal is just a DC level, you can just sampling one point of a signal, but if it's a waveform or very noisy, you must sample multiple points and average it to get its DC level.
