Biomedical Startup Kit- Labview 8.6

Trying to use the 

Biomedical Startup Kit: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/6626

on labview 8.6 and cannot see the palette after installing.

Any ideas on how to get it working?

it should be in the Addons category in the Function pallete.

all toolkits will be palced there when successfully installed

Tried it, but it doesn't appear there.

i've installed it and i can see the pallete as shown in picture 

 

i think you should leave everything to defaults in the installation, esp. the paths .

and check  the Troubleshooting section in the Readme file
