Bnc 2110 can replace to USB 6212/NI 781003-01 ?

Sorry~ I need upgrade Win2000 to Win 10 so have two  question to ask everyone,

1.

I have BNC2110 with PCI-MIO-16E-1, can I upgrade BNC2110 to NI 781003-01/USB6212  ?

    Because my BNC2110 uses one Anain and one Anaout and one Trigger/Counter CTR0 OUT but NI 781003-         01/USB6212 only digital I/O no Trigger , 

2.if can upgrade , BNC2110' interface card PCI-MIO-16E-1 can no use , only use USB6212 ,

If you were to replace it, your question is whether just the USB-6212 BNC is enough or do you also need the BNC-2110 accessory to operate?

Please provide the following information,

• Did you compare the analog specification and accuracy between the two hardware? does it satisfy?
• What functionality do you use on the CTR0 OUT line on PCI-MIO-16E-1? generate a pulse train or measure the input pulse or trigger in or trigger out?
  • USB-6212 has counters onboard
