Hello I am using strain bolts with a full bridge set-up (one bolt per NI9949 and 4 NI9949 into NI9237 module). I was unsure of the correct wiring for this to work correctly. I have attached a diagram of how it should be hooked up and how I have it hooked up. Please indicate if this is a correct set-up. If not then please advise. Also, what setting do I need to have to get a reading?
Thanks so much in advance and please excuse my lack of knowledge on this.

Should I be using a Quarter bridge set-up instead? If so do I need to purchase NI 9945 or can I get the NI9949 modules to work he same?

You're doing everything correctly from what I can tell. Here's a pretty helpful document to verify this information as well as provide you with more insight to the different bridge configurations: Connecting Strain Gauges and Shunt Resistors to the 9237. A second document, Strain Gauge Configuration Types, should help you decide which bridge configuration you need to use. The 9949 is simply a break out box for the 9237, and this can be used for full bridge or half bridge configurations.
Hope this helps!
