CAN modules not recognized in USB cDAQ Chassis only on one computer

Hi everyone,

 

only on one computer, when I connect the USB cable to my 4slot USB cDAQ Chassis, the plugged in modules are not recognized (2 modules CAN 9862). The chassis is visible, but empty. On all other computers the chassis appears with modules in it.

Resetting the MAX database did nothing.

Any ideas?

I hope you verified that the list of drivers and versions are consistent across computers.
