CNiReportData instance is in an unusable state

I am using WinGeo software from Olson instruments When I need to print the data Error message says CNiReportData instance is in an unusable state Any help ? I am using Olson FDPC (WinXP)

Currently installed Ni-DAQmx 8.9.5
