Can't find PCI-6221 in MAX

Hi. I have difficulty to find PCI-6221 DAQ board in MAX. It can be found in Windows Device Manger. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

In MAX have you tried View>>Refresh?

It could be related to the version of DAQmx you have loaded. Which version do you have?

9.2 2mx. I think it is the latest version. 

 

I read a similar topic ( related to PCI-6110 ) in this forum say that this is because certain types of keyboards or mice were used.

Will this be the reason also in my case?

I'm not sure. From what I recall the USB problems were related to HP computer peripherals. Not sure if those would effect your PCI board.

Sometimes this weird behavior is caused by corrupted MAX database. Try steps from following KBs:
