Cannot Download DAQ Driver

I cannot download the DAQ driver form "N Home > Support >Drivers and Updates" section. It always shows "The page cannot be displayed". However, I can download it directly from the ftp.ni.com site. I use IE 7.0. Can anyone advise me how to solve it? Thanks.

would it be because of some firewall settings on the system where you are trying to download??

Do try these links for Traditional DAQ and DAQmx and see if you can access

Hi Devchander,

Thank you for your advise, the problem still exists with your provided links. However, I did no encountered any problem in other sites, e.g. Microsoft.com, for downloading softwares. Concerning about the firewall, does it means that NI will save some information into my PC before I can download the software but my PC rejects this operation?

YC,

You'll need to log into our website before downloading our software or drivers.  We require this in order to prevent abuse of our website and our software and in order to track which products are downloaded the most.  No software is installed on your computer and no information is taken from your system.

I have already login the site otherwise I could not see the downloads.

One interesting thing I discovered was that, e.g., for the installation file of Traditional NI-DAQ version 7.4.1, the original link is point to ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/daq/pc/ni-daq/traditional/7.4.1/TDAQ741.zip. Using this link, the "Page cannot be displayed" error occurred. However, when I changed to http://ftp.ni.com/support/daq/pc/ni-daq/traditional/7.4.1/TDAQ741.zip. I can down load the required file.

Our download links are working - I just tested them from an external PC.  Be sure and check your firewall settings on your computer.  You might also try from a different computer.
