Cannot connect WLS-9163

Hello,

I want to set up an NI WLS-9163 with an NI 9205. However, the Measurement & Automation Explorer does not detect any device when I plug the NI WLS-9163 with an Ethernet cable.

I tried every instruction in the manual. You will find a print screen attached, showing the device’s configuration.

We also tried to plug a NI 9171, and the software could detect it.

What steps can I take to resolve these issues?
