I just purchased a Cdaq-9185 and an NI-9485 module. I already have an NI-9205. When I plug everything in, MAX is able to find the chassis and the 0485 but the 9205 is nowhere to be seen. The 9205 does not show up in MAX or in windows device manager (but the chassis and the 9485 show up just fine).
I have tried:
- power cycling
- "Reset configuration data"
- latest NI Max drivers "19.5"
- self-test (it passes)
- swapping which slot the modules are in (I have tried several combinations).
- the pins look healthy and the 9205 is generally in good looking condition.
The 9205 was purchased used and in working condition and the SN was verified by the folks at NI as being legit.
I am running windows 10.
Please help!
