I am trying to change the impedance of my NI-DAQ channels. I am using the NI cDAQ-9188 Currently I believe the impedance is at 50 Ohms and I need to change it to 1 MOhm. I used the DAQ assistant to build my program (see in photo attached) and I am not sure how to change the impedance of the channels using that, although resources online have led me to believe that it is possible. Is this in fact possible and if so, how can I modify my code to accommodate this?

As far as I remember, you CANNOT change the input impedance of the DAQ analog inputs. But we could verify it for you if you share the model number of your DAQ card. cDAQ-9188 is a chassis that holds the actual DAQ modules themselves.
The general recommendation is to move away from DAQ Assistant and learn DAQmx drivers, it will be helpful to get a better understanding of your DAQ instruments and have the highest level of control over your instruments.
This is a good article to start learning DAQmx (skip the DAQ assistant part) - https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/documentation/supplemental/06/learn-10-functions-in-ni-daqmx-and-ha...
