CompactDAC independant acquisition for every channel

I'm looking for a system for the acquisition of temperature measurement in 8 different furnaces. This for I would need a system that allows acquisition of the different channels in an independant manner, that is with different acquisition frequences, different time for starting and stopping acquisition and the capability to export the acquisition of one channel while the others are still running. I would thus like to know if this is possible with a compactDAQ device (NI 9213 for ex) and the free LV SignalExpress LE? Or do I need another software?

Hi Aude,

you can for one device define one acquisition frequency. For the old cDAQ Chassis (NI 9172) you can define only one frequency over all, for the new ones (NI 9173 or NI 9174) three. If you want to have different acquisition frequencies you have to do it programmatically. You can´t also export one channel while others are running in LV SignalExpress LE.

For your requirements I recommend you LabVIEW. You can download the Evaluation Version and test it.
