Configuring multiple analog input using the DAQ assistant to run continuously

Hello,

I have read many of the technical report and I think I understand the issue
with running multiple analog inputs and the associated 50103 error code.
I see there is a way to “combine” or add tasks to the DAQ assistant module but
have not been successfully get it to work.

I currently have (2) DAQ-9178 compact USB chassis

I have 2 temperatures for thermocouples NI 9211 cards and 6 analog inputs
4-20mA running that I am trying to collect data from. I have my program
completed and each work well individually but when I try to run then together I
get this error.

I am new to LabView and like its programming ability, just need a little help
with this issue.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi Stan,

This is Doug from Applications Engineering. Can you please either attach your code or post screenshots of the code using the attachment tool (below the text box when you make a post). Once we can see your code, we'll have a better idea of what is causing the problem. Thanks

Hello Doug,

I would like to thank you in advance for your help with my issue. After beating my head against the table for about 5 hours I knew it was time to ask the pros for help.

I have been a PLC programmer for years and really like the LabView programming functionality.

I am looking forward using LabView in future applications.

I have attached my VI.

Thanks for your help!

Stan Hicks
