Hi MILLPJM,
i don´t understand what you want to do. Do you want to connect the "old" AT-AO-6 output card to the "new" PCI-6733 output card?

MILLPPJM,
What programming language are you using?
Can you change your applications to write to the desired pins?
What pins are you trying to map between the two cards?
If you feel that creating your own connector block or changing around the pin configuration is easier then changing your application then I see no problem doing that.

Hi MILLPJM,
For connecting the PCI-6225 to your custom 50 pin buffer card you can probably use the R6850 or SH6850 cables. These cables are designed to connect a 68 pin MIO card to 50 pin accessories. The R6850 is unshielded and the SH6850 is shielded. I would still check to make sure these cables are wired like you need them. The pin to pin wiring for the R6850 can be found on page 3 of the R6850 Installation Guide. For the SH6850 the wiring is on page 6 of the SH6850 Installation Guide.
In order to connect either of these cables to the PCI-6225 you will also need the SHC68-68M-EPM cable that will go from the small 68 pin connector used on M-series cards to a larger male 68 plug .
For the PCI-6733 I think the best solution for you is going to be creating a custom cable or using terminal blocks to connect the correct pins. The pinout of the AT-AO-6 does not match the standard 50 pin MIO pinout and the PCI-6733 does not match the standard 68 pin pinout so neither of the above cables will work to connect the two together.
Let me know if you have any questions. Take care.
Thanks,

MILLPJM,
The pinout for the 184670-02 is the same as the pinout in this knowledge base article. I’m not sure what the differences between the two parts are but the 184670-01 will work with the M-Series cable without any additional adapters.
