Connecting a NI-USB DEVICE to a Tablet's Micro USB port

Has anyone tried to connect a NI-USB device such as a NI-USB 6501 to the micro USB port of a Tablet running windows 8.  I've been able to install Labview onto the tablet easily and it runs beautifully.  But I can't seem to find the right cable adapters to get the NI-USB device connected. 

Anyone have any ideas or experience?

You can try these things:

However... they may or may not work.  Depends on the devices.  I bought a few to try and get my GPS and helmet camera to talk to my phone, so I could configure the devices without requiring a computer... however, my phone doesn't supply 5V to the Vbus line, so neither GPS or camera works with this adapter on my phone.  Haven't tried it through a powered USB hub though.

Some devices want a signal on the "Sense" line too.

tl;dr: Adapters are out there, try them and see what works.
