Motion Control Card is PCI7344, Motion Connection Interface Board is UMI7764, SMAC Amplifier is LAA-5. Motor used in the past was LAL-95 servo of NI, motion was normal. Every thing is not changed otherwise motor. As research needs, now the motor is LAR-95, it can implement linear or rotary Motion and both of them. While rotary motion is normal, linear motion is abnormal. Linear motion sound is loud, and it dose not move with the target position or velocity, Every time it moves to the limited position and moves back with high speed. Sometimes, it moves like these just while initialized. How to solve this problem?
