I have a PCI-6221. Input a voltage signal on (1) AI channel and is seeing it on all (8) AI channels. Software has been checked for duplicate channel entries and they are all unique. Is my 6221 card bad? Any help will be appreciated.

If you don't have anything connected to those other channels, you are seeing ghosting, which is expected.
