I've got a PCI-MIO-16-E-4 board in a box. Could you either tell me the new equivalent card number, e.g., PCI-6xxx, or tell me how I could get specs for this card?

The PCI-MIO-16E-10 is now called the PCI-6030E.  You can find the equivalent device names in the link below and their corresponding driver version.  This will help with finding equivalent device names for other boards that you may have.
