DAQ for testing UART, I2C, SPI

I am looking for a DAQ system compatible with testing my board. The main requirements are:

• Checking UART, SPI, and I2C protocols
• Monitoring ADCs and GPIOs
• Performing voltage and current measurements

Could you please recommend a suitable DAQ system for these needs

I would recommend Analog Discovery

Depending on the details, you might even go with an Analog Discovery Pro 5000 series. They are literally reskinning of NI's VirtualBench, but they are quite capable.
