DAQ6210 sampling problem

I am using a DAQ6210 "super" multifunction device just it doesn't work.
I would measure a scaled sine wave signal about 50Hz.But the device shows wrong wave form from the M&A explorer, it seems like a lost signal because of low sampling frequency.
On the bases of the Niquist rule the sampling frequency must be bigger than 100Hz.
I have tried 300-500-1000-2500Hz but nothing happened, the signal was still wrong.
The number of the samples were different as well from 100 up to 1000,but nothing changed.

The only configuration which was working ->Number of samples:150 Sampling frequency:500 for 2hours but not anymore.

It seems not to get the adjusted values from the software, because 300Hz samplig frequency looked like 50Hz.

Anybody has ever had a same problem??

This may be happening due to the configuration of the DAQ. Are you using the NI DAQ Assistant or tasks? In the first case, after you specify the channel you're going to use, a window opens showing the configuration of the DAQ. In the bottom of the window, change the values of acquisition mode, samples to read and/or rate to suit your signal. If you're using tasks, you'll have to do the same from the control & automation explorer.
