Troy,
My first suggestion would be to uninstall NI-DAQ and reinstall it. If you are not using the most recent version (6.9.3), you can download it from the following location:
NI-DAQ Version 6.9.3 for Windows 2000/95/98/ME/NT/XP
If this does not solve the problem, I would try installing the card in a different PCMCIA slot in the same computer and then in a different computer. This should help you to locate the cause of the problem (the PCMCIA slot, the computer, the card, etc.).
