Hello,
can anyone help me? My DAQ Card-6062E always returns a timeout when logging data after I installed it in a brand new PC.
I use a PCMCIA-Adapter to connect the card to the PCI bus.
The card worked well with an older PC, which is no longer available, and the same PCMCIA Adapter. The operating system is Windows XP, the card driver is NI-DAQmx 8.3 or the traditional NI-DAQ 7.3, which I tried out after I was not able to get the data acquisition running.
With the NI-DAQmx driver I get the timeout error when I use the selfcalibration function in MAX.
With the traditional driver, when using the Test-Panels in MAX I first get a "Device not responding to first IRQ level" message, than when using the Test-Panels I get timeouts.
I want to acquire the data in Matlab with the DAQ-toolbox, but here I also get the timeout errors with both drivers.
When I install the card in a old laptop it works normally. Unfortunately the laptop is to old for logging in into our company network, therefore I cannot use it for my measurements.
Has anyone an idea what the problem could be?
Thank you very much!
Raphael
