DAQPad6052E BNC(IEEE1394, firewire)

Trouble:

MAX(ver4.5) doesn't recognize DAQPad6052E BNC(IEEE1394) so that it doesn't work in LabVIEW(ver8.6),

although device manager (WIndowsXP) normally recognize both IEEE1394 and DAQPad6052E driver for IEEE1394.

I guess some driver is not installed yet, but I couldn't identify what it is.

I want any solution if someone can find it.

The above problem has been solved somehow because of de-installation & re-installation of traditional DAQ(7.4.4).

That is, MAX can successfully recognize DAQPad6052E.

Current trouble:

To recognize DAQPad6052E by Matlab(ver 7.10) software, I tried the daq commands below, but failed.

daqhwinfo('nidaq'), daqsupport

The error message was below in both commands:

Generating diagnostic information ...

Caught unexpected exception of unknown type.

Unexpected error status flag encountered.  Resetting to proper state.

What causes this problem although NI soft can recognize hardware?

Or should I ask Mathwork?

The version of Data Acquisition Toolbox is 2.16.
