DAQmx can't find device even simulated one

SW Version: Labview 2015 SP1, DAQmx 17.6.0

Precondition1: I have a PXIe6341 installed on RT system. And I can see it through NI Max, and I can operate it with "test panel" on NI Max. Everything is fine.

Action 1: Then I create a labview VI. When I try to select the ai/ao channel from DAQ Assist, it shows nothing. It tells me there is no valid hardware.

Action 2: Then I create a simulated PXIe6341 in NIMax.

Action 3: Again, I try to select the ai/ao channel from DAQ Assist, it still shows nothing.

Action 4: Then I use DAQ create channel vi, type the hardware channel name, and run it. Error code -200220.

I have no idea why I can't find my PXIe6341 or the simulated one in labview while everything is fine in NIMAX..........

Please post screenshots of NI MAX and what you see listed in the DAQmx physical channel control or DAQ Assistant
