DAQmx driver path appears broekn

I tried installing the DAQmx 19.6 driver from https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-daqmx.html#333268. I get the error below. 

Failed to update all feeds

An error occurred while trying to download the feed:

http://download.ni.com/support/nipkg/products/ni-package-manager/released/Packages.gz

I do not see the nipkg directory under support. 

I saw a similar error message for DAQmx driver 19.0

Have you tried the offline installer? Do you see the same problem?

Sorry I wasn't clearer. I downloaded ni-daqmx_19.6_online.exe from https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-daqmx.html#333268. That file is relatively small and requires additional downloads from online as a part of the install process. It's at that point that I run into the error that the file (and ultimately the path) cannot be found. 

Older versions of the driver install are larger and standalone and run without issue. For example 18.6 is 2.1GB whereas 19.6 is 5MB. 

I need 19.0 or higher for DAQmx compatibility with LabView 2019
