I have an exe that primarily reads 32 TCs from an SCXI and also sets the current temperature. The vi worked fine but, the exe went "not responding" after a little over 4 hours of holding a temperature. from the saved data it appears after the failure the temperature slowly went down over time until this morning when it was checked on and the exe was locked up. I assume it is a problem with DAQmx since software/hardware I/O issues typically have this symptom.
