Dear all,
as I have a similar problem (going to monitor a limit switch of a linear motor with a PCI 6221 68 pin) but am unfamiliar with the electrotechnical details, I would like to add the following question(s):
What specifications does such a current limiting resistor have to have, and how do I have to connect it with respect to the +5V-out-pin and some DI-in pin? Can I also use an AI-in pin instead?
