Do PCMCIA to Express Card adapters work with DAQCards?

New laptops such as a Dell XPS M1730 running Windows XP Pro that has only an ExpressCard slot. I would like to use an existing PCMCIA DAQCard a/d board using an ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter. Does anyone know if they work with data acquisition cards? Thanks.
