Does anyone have experience using MTS (Bionix, Alliance)equipment?

Does anyone use MTS' Testworks 4 with National's DAQ hardware? I am using a Transducer Techniques transducer (100 gram) on a Bionix 100.

I can get everything to work ( +/- .1 gram) in the static mode using dead weights. However, when I run my MTS method my load data seems to be 1/2 expected. (I am comparing my load data obtained from an Alliance RT 5 using a MTS load cell.)


Assume my test conditions, fixtures and samples are identical.

Any ideas?

I am not familiar with TestWorks, but if it can use C function calls or ActiveX controls, you may be able to access NI DAQ hardware through the NI-DAQ driver. Are you attempting to use this combination and it is not functioning correctly, or are you just considering the possibility?
