Hello,

Can I use USB-6009  to generate the right signal for "Parker / Compumotor M57-51 Motor Drive" to run a M57 Stepper motor?

No. The specifications clearly indicate (pages 7 and 13) that 20 mA is required on the so-called TTL inputs. The USB-6009 can only source 8.5 mA.  Also the DO lines on the USB-6009 are software timed, meaning that pulse rates above about 100 Hz will not work and will have significant jitter.
