Error 10086 in calibration executive

when I run a detailed cal on a 100 pin e-series board it returns error 10086, step "external reference calibration" in the sequence "calibrate e-series". If i calibrate a 68 pin board it works ok

I found a Knowledge Base about that error you can refer to. It should be independent of programming language. The link is:
