Error -10802 AI Buffer Read

I'm working with a triggered data acquisition in the development environment (LabView 6.1) and all it's OK but when I create a stand alone application (with application builder) the error -10802 occurs at AI Buffer Read when I execute my application. I have no
idea to go on.
