Error 200020 on self-test with 6071E

Getting Error -200020 on self test in MAX

Shows up in Windows device manager OK.

This is my configuration:

  MAX 4.4.1f0 (latest version as of this post)

  PCI-6071E

  Windows Vista

  HP Pavilion A1710N

  No other devices in PCI slots

Where do I go from here?

If there is any question about whether or not the board is damaged, you can run the E Series online diagnostic utility. If the diagnostic utility fails any of the tests, there is a good chance the board needs repair. If this is the case, generate a service request at ni.com/support so you can send your board in to be fixed.
