I am trying to generate output signal using DAQ assistant to a power amplifier that will be connected to an electrodynamic shaker.I am using NI USB4431.I have inserted 5k in the samples to write box as this shows a suitable movement of the shaker if I run it using DAQ assisstant. But once I try to run the program from Labview, I am getting an error message:

I do not know where to change the sample clock rate, I have attached a printscreen of the DAQ assistant configuration window. Really hope you can help.
