2. Is this on a PC? What OS?
3. Does the error occur during installation of the package manager or later during DAQmx installation (you said "and")
4. How full is your HD? 
5. Do you have admin privileges?

I am getting this error with all installers listed below with admin rights

NIPackageManager25.8.0_online, ni-daqmx_25.8.0_offline, ni-daqmx_25.8_online

I am using a Windows 11 PC with more than 30GB HD capacity available.

I had earlier installed NI Max using NI system configuration. But it did not have drivers to detect USB-6008.
So I tried installing NI DAQmx. This still did not resolve driver issue and I wanted to remove everything and install again. I used NI package manager to uninstall all and also deleted folders from C: drive manually after uninstallation. Cleaned registry of old installation using regedit as I was facing this problem. Looked and tried a lot of solutions suggested online, but nothing works.
