Error -89136 Connecting CtrOut to RTSI

I have a PCI-6052E that I would like to use as a trigger for sending CAN messages. I have attached a RTSI cable between my PCI-CAN board and my PCI-6052E, but when I map the CtrOut of the PCI-6052E to a RTSI channel, I receive an "Error -89136 occurred at DAQmx Connect Terminals.vi". MAX - Device Routes shows the connection between CtrOut and RTSI to be a direct route (green). So, why the error?

It's working now.  I used "Browse..." instead of directly picking the channels from the drop downs and now it works.
