Hi Everyone,
I have a PCI 4472 unit that used to work fine on the current computer. But today I find it not working and on MAX it says error 50010.
I have tried device self test and reset, both failed, displayed the follows:
Error - 50010 occurred at self test
possible reasons:
the specified offset is out of range for read operations. the operation could not be completed as specified
I looked online suggestions for similar issue. What I found is to reinstall the unit or install it on a different slot.
I tried both, and both not working for me.
Wondering any method could help me out? Or I need to repair the unit?
