Explanation of the large range measurement on DAQmx

Hello,

I used the large range frequency measurement and I read that there is an accuracy of the time base rate of 50ppm on a PCI6221. But i don'f find the relation which gives the measured frequency according to the timebase. Is there someone who could give me more information about this method or to give me links about explanation on this method.
