I am using Measurement Studio 7.0. I know how to do this in Measurement Studio 6.0 but it looks like everything changed.

John,
To accomplish this task, you will need to use the .NET
Buffer
class. This operation is discussed, in detail, in the following KnowledgeBase:
How Can I Extract an Array Subset From an Array in .NET (C# or VB.NET) ?
Good luck with your application.

Thank you very much. I now understand why the NI support engineer said that this functionality was removed from Measurement Studio (e.g. the SubsetArray and ReshapeArray functions).
