Failed to connect the target

I'm using an NI cRIO 9045 sampling, but it shows that it's failing to connect to the target. My IP address is correct, and the Real-Time component is installed on the host computer. I suspect the cRIO version is incompatible with my LabVIEW. I don't have the login password. Can I try installing each version one by one, or format the cRIO?

This is a wrong forum to post question about cRIO. Please post to the Real-Time Measurement and Control board in the future.

The driver versions are tied to the NI Linux RT System Image version.

You can try generating a NI MAX report to get the software version on the cRIO.
