Need a 6259 and 6552 cards to control DUT in a temperature controlled chamber. Would like to go as high as 100degC. Anyone know where I would get NI compatible cables that can be used fed into the chamber?
AK2DM, thanx for your reply. The ends of the cable would be connected to a PCB with a DUT mounted (the DUT would be an IC). PCB would be mainly passive with small amount of active circuits. I would want to plug directly onto the PCB because multiple 68 pin connectors would be needed for the testing. The setup is like a HTOL (Burn-in) arrangement for an IC. The driving cards would be from a PXIe 6259 and also a 6552.
