How do I Load Calibration Values in E Series at power up with DDK

Reading my NI PCI-6025E analog inputs, all return a bias of 0x1A when grounded. How do I call the internal calibration routine, store and recall the values at power up using the DDK with g++ and Linux? Is this a register setting that I am missing?
