I am wondering, how I have to ground my BNC-2120. Do I really have to use one of those screws of the side protectors to fix a ground cable on it? Is one port of the screw terminals directed connected to ground or is there another possibility?
Thank you for your answers!

Mikro,
I'm not really sure what exactly do you want to ask. In fact, any connector block should be grounded to the same ground as computer with DAQ board. Ground is provided in the same way as any other signal - by cable between DAQ board and Connector Block.
can you clarify please?

Dear stefo,
I am using the BNC-2120 to control a pneumatic valve. I want to ground the valve and the BNC-2120 on the same level. That is why I need a wire between the ground port of the valve and the BNC Block. I do not want to access the cable between the PC and the Connector Block.
When I measure the resistance between the shield of each BNC Analog Input Connector on the Block and the computer case I have 5kOhms.
I think it has to be nearly zero.
The resistance between all other BNC Connectors (user-defined signals, digital I/O) and the computer case is close to zero.
I hope that it is more clear now.
