How do I present both analog and digital signals in a chart ?

I want to read 8 analog signals and 4 digital signals and plot them in a chart. The signals has to be in the same time region. I have problem when I try to display the digital signals along with the analog.

Do you have enough analog channels to scan the digital signals as analog?

Additional information would be useful so that other people can suggest options.

Whatever the source of your discrete and analog signals is, you can always manipulate them in software to present them together in a chart. For the discrete signals you can translate their Boolean values to actual numeric values that you can then plot on the chart.

I attach a very simple example of one way to accomplish this. Other ways may exist but they will depend on the nature of the acquisition.

NOTE: You will need at least LabVIEW 6.1 Full Edition to be able to open and run the example.
